CABA Progressive is a not-for-profit built on a simple idea: communities across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Noosa regions are stronger when generations, cultures, businesses and educators are genuinely connected — not just aware of each other.
We design and promote programs that bring people together with real purpose. Young leaders teach digital skills to mature community members. Migrants and new arrivals find a local way in. People changing careers find a mentor. Employers open their doors to trainees and students, properly and confidently. Schools, training providers and local organisations find each other instead of working in isolation.

What we're working on
Building connectivity between employers, trainees, work placements and digital skills.
The gap in our region isn't talent or goodwill. It's the connection between them. Young people finishing a course and needing a first placement. Migrants with real skills and no local way in. Older residents with a lifetime of experience and no one asking. People changing careers who need a mentor and a connection more than another course. And local employers who say they can't find people, while all of them sit outside the door.
